Etty Vidavsky
A serial entrepreneur who founded and managed companies in Israel, Turkey, Great Britain and England. She is the owner and CEO of Zoicom, which provides business services in the field of high-tech and innovation to companies in Israel and around the world; Founding partner of startup Nation AcadeMe, a platform for establishing white label digital accelerators in Israel and around the world; and director of MLA-Hub, the technological entrepreneurship incubator of MLA College. In addition, she is a director in companies, a lecturer and a mentor in the accelerators Microsoft, 8200 and Barclays Techstars.
Diane Benjoya
Diane Benjoya has been a senior marketing specialist at IBM for about a decade and has more than 25 years of experience in various international high-tech companies. In addition, she worked as a freelancer for a while, especially with Israeli startup companies.
When her three children were small, she realized the need to adapt to the inflexibility felt in the working environments of those days. Today, she sees that it is possible differently, for the benefit of companies, rent and employees and society in general, and is doing her best with an equal work organization in order to promote the change.
Maria Green
An expert in community management who founded the largest women's community in Israel, the Supergirls. The community has become a social enterprise working on the development of its business and social strategy by a management team of 17 community companies. Maria managed the community sector at the venture capital fund Aleph and is now the community manager of the HoneyBook company and part of Facebook's community leadership. Also, Maria is a lecturer and mentor in the field of community management and development.
Hana Redo
Hana dedicates her life to creating gender equality and strengthening the status of women in Israel and the world through the institutionalization and leadership of successful social business initiatives. Some of the positions she holds include founder and chairman of McCann Wally Digital Advertising and chairman of McCann Tel Aviv; Inventor, founder and president of the Supersonas Israel organization for promoting equal female presence at influence and decision junctions; Leads and invests in 'Midbar Tishtana' a venture to provide remote professional services and 'Lev Tishtana' a workspace for remote accounting services; Founder and chairman of Spring Valley, a digital marketing venture for small businesses and many others. Hanna is the winner of the 2016 Salona magazine's Women Promoting Leadership award, the winner of the McCann World Award for the most significant social project in Europe, and the 2016 Duns&Brandstreet award winner for business excellence with social value.
Dr. Or Abadi
Or is a quantitative researcher at the Gutman Center for the Study of Policy and Public Opinion, which is at the Israel Democracy Institute and a member of the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Bar Ilan University. He graduated with a master's degree in sociology and anthropology from Bar Ilan University 3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_and is currently finishing his doctoral studies on new masculinity, paternal involvement and the work-family interface in the Department of Sociology and Anthropology at Bar Ilan University.
Or tries to raise awareness of gender equality in written articles and TV shows.
Prof. Ronit Kark
Ronit is an organizational psychologist and researches leadership and gender. She is a faculty member in the Department of Psychology and was the initiator, founder and head of the first program of the 'Gender in the Field: From Theory to Social Action' track, in the master's program for gender studies at Bar-Ilan University.
She lectures in Israel and around the world at conferences and special events on leadership and gender, advises organizations on strategy to promote gender equality and has won many awards for her work.

Hila Director of HR Operation Senior at TLV Cybereason and has over 20 years of experience working in global hi-tech organizations.

Shiri Grossbard
Shiri started her career as a journalist at "Yediot Ahronoth" and in the early 2000s was a partner in establishing a digital venture in the field of higher education: "Narishum". The company, which was a pioneer in its field in Israel, was very successful and was purchased by the Internet Gold Media Group. After that, Shiri founded a start-up company in the field of recruitment in the digital worlds: Join Digital Talent Agency, in which she is a full partner. Shiri believes that women are the most important thing in the organization and her vision is to see many women initiate and establish their own companies. She is an entrepreneur and active in the marketing community in Israel as one of the founders of the G-CMO forum and dedicates her time to the issue of women's equality and their advancement through the lectures she gives, promoting research and accompanying women on their professional path.
